Hello there world.

I worked late two nights ago and when I was headed home, I decided to catch the late Happy Hour at Boka.   They have a good happy hour Bar menu with lots of high class comfort food like gruyere grilled cheese and tomato bisque, fancy mac and cheese, etc...

 

I ordered the grilled cheese and bisque and when the soup came out, I dipped the grilled cheese into it and ate it.  It was so hot, it stuck to the roof of my mouth.  At that point, the waitress came over and saw the look of pain on my face.

 

When I told her that the soup was probably better served when it was scolding hot, she said that she had gotten the same complaint from 4 other people that night and she went to talk to the chefs about it.  When she came back, she said that the chefs said that soup was meant to be served hot and that if i didnt like it, they were sorry but they werent changing it.

 

Nice customer service huh?
